Grinventions:
First Python-based implementation of the Mimblewimble protocol for the Grin ツ cryptocurrency is being built by developer @renzokuken. It will be heavily based on GRIN++. The development has just started, it is at early stages, but use cases will be:
‘‘Trustless’’ Mimblewimble CoinSwap implementation milestone 2 achieved by scilio! Review, testing and discussions are being made and final phase-Milestone 3 will begin shortly. When CoinSwap is implemented, GRIN ツ will gain more privacy and fungibility.

Slateboy - Telegram Bot:
GRIN Telegram Bot - Slateboy is under development by @renzokuken. Many features are already implemented and testing continues. The use case and ideas about the bot include: use as a tipping bot, support reward bot, and a faucet bot. Telegram has a huge user base and this project will help GRIN ツ
gain more adoption and usage.

If we had a JS implementation we could run it in a browser, not that it would be better than Monero for CPU mining
