  • Another AMA interview with John Tromp, who shared his Grin story and thoughts. Since the 2019 launch of GRIN and before, J. TROMP has been an active developer and contributor. Spend some time reading about his passion for the GRIN.

# GRIN Nano Ledger Live application.

  • @NicolasFlamel published a forum post that includes an YouTube video demonstrating Grin transactions with the Ledger Live app. It works with Ledger Nano S or Nano S Plus hardware wallet, and uses the Send-Receive-Send workflow for sending and receiving GRIN.

# Grinventions Update

  • Developer @Renzokuken is contributing to Grin with Grinventions.

    • Wallet MAC tag managing allowing verification if password is correct.

    • Documented the block body for the GRIN wiki website.

    • Slateboy GRIN Telegram Bot progress info is shared on the forum.

Bounty for a Python cffi secp256k1-zkp wrapper !

  • Developer @renzokuken is working on a Mimblewimble implementation in Python The library already has some useful features, but it is yetcompleted. The current barrier is access to secp256k1-zkp methods. Requesting help with writing a CFFI wrapper of secp256k1-zkp fork mentioned and a bounty idea has been offered.

‘‘The bounty proposed in Tuesday’s 13th of September CC meeting has officially been approved by the CC members:

* 3,000$ bounty for significant progress.

* 10,000$ (includes the $3000) for the finished, well documented and well tested wrapper. MIT license open source, or if possible with the wrapped package, Apache license are required.’’
