Resetting the Community Council (CC)?

TL;DR

Most originally appointed Community Council members have since a) stepped down or b) became less available and involved in Grin as project.

Grin Community Council is currently hindered by a deadlock in governance. For months; essential tasks, joining meetings, planning & leading, particularly the signing payments to grin contributors who have invested their time and skill, have been stalled due to the unresponsiveness and absency of certain keyholders in GrinCC fund 4/6 multi-signature. Without cohesive governance, coordination fails, as discussions are disjointed, and many members are overwhelmed with their commitments.

Several members of the community become candidates on the roles and responsibilities of CC members to replace those who are no longer active.
Grinツ strength ultimately resides in the active participation and commitment of its community.
